Client : Top MNC (Consumer Care):Global Data Management Project:• Currently Working on Global Data management implementation for Philips Lighting using SAP Information steward.• In Lighting, we are using the Data insight to find Data quality issues, validate how relationships comply with standards, and to monitor, measure and improve the quality of the data.• We have multiple Projects in data sight for data quality purpose.• Have worked on domains like Product, Pricing, Vendor, Customer, Product MCM related Master data for checking the data quality and data cleansing purpose.• All the meta data is replicated from SAP ECC to SAP HANA via SLT. BOIS connection with SAP HANA is made to view the live meta data for creation of views.• Data is loaded back to SAP HANA using the failed data connection established in CMC.• Complex views among the tables are created in Information steward according to the requirement.• Complex Data Definition Rules in IS are created as per the organisation policy and in consultation with the data domain managers. • Created more than 100 rules for all the domains and validated it accordingly with the data domain experts.• Moved the Objects (Views / Rules) from Dev to Quality to Production.• Responsible for handling all the data domain related technical issues on IS and giving a quick response on the issue.• Worked with the on onshore team in Netherlands for requirement gathering and got the appreciation for timely completion of metrics defined by them.• The data is loaded daily for all the domains by creating the tasks scheduled in the CMC.• Validating the data in SAP HANA and creating the SAP AFO reports for each metric.• Some of the complex views are created in SAP HANA and exposed it to IS since huge amount of data was not being handled in IS view.Tools Used: SAP Information steward, SAP HANA.
