✓ Monitoring of digital twin models across NOMAC's fleet to ensure optimum equipment reliability.✓ Alerts / advisory review to identify potential equipment failures, Model Maintenance and Case Management on GE’s APM and SmartSignal and steward the cases with customer on a weekly basis✓ Evaluate the potential savings and value realization through the APM solution.✓ Lead all connectivity related matters for ongoing projects with external and internal stakeholders✓ Provide technical support to site teams for diagnosis / troubleshooting of possible issues and failures.✓ Provide technical support to site teams and ACWA's digital team to establish connectivity between site OT network and remote cloud platforms

✓ Project Manager & Technical Lead for all APM – Reliability implementation projects and M&D services for GE’s APM solution.✓ Review the site-specific documentation, analyze the running data of plant equipment, and create Digital Twins of the assets, by identifying healthy operating data.✓ Alerts / advisory review to identify potential equipment failures, Model Maintenance and Case Management on GE’s APM and SmartSignal and steward the cases with customer on a weekly basis✓ Evaluate the potential savings and value realization through the APM solution.✓ Project planning regarding timelines, effort estimations, tasks / resource allocation and stewardship with internal and external stakeholders.✓ Provide technical support to internal team to identify and resolve any project related concerns.

✓ Planning and implementation of digitization solutions including Asset Performance Management in coordination with GE Digital and EmpiricAI.✓ Asset Reliability monitoring and diagnostics for various industries in coordination with GE Digital and EmpiricAI.✓ Design and Assessment of data connectivity architecture for IIoT solutions for various industries in coordination with EmpiricAI.✓ Support to EPQL Plant maintenance team for Planning and coordination of critical maintenance activities & Annual outages, conducting RCA for major failures and CAPEX & OPEX preparation.

✓ Maintenance planning and supervision for equipment including generators, transformers, MV and LV motors and switchgears, Control Systems, PLCs and other field instrumentation.✓ Planning, coordination and review of routine maintenance and outages for electrical equipment from initiation of work permit to order closure on SAP.✓ Complex and equipment trip investigations and support to Operations during start-up.✓ Conduct RCA for equipment breakdown and recurring failures.✓ Maintenance and performance monitoring of the 360kW on-grid solar facility at EPQL colony.✓ Ensure compliance of HSE standards, policies and procedures in day-to-day activities.
