Developing and Delivering impactful Digital Transformation projects in- Mission Critical Systems - Digital Healthcare- Transportation and Port Management- Application Modernization

- Analyze organization's goals and objectives; Identify areas that need improvements within the organization.- Review Business Strategies; Conduct market research and analyze market and industry trends; Create reports regarding strategies for review by senior management.- Explore Strategic Investments and M&A targets to expand market and grow business plan.- Collaborate with business leaders within the group to oversee, manage cadence and strategic updates to group.- Concurrent with FTC between 2020-2021.

- Set up cross-sector experimentation hub to meet clients’ need for large scale rapid prototyping and POC programs; - Secured at least $15M of R&D investment through new concept development;

- Responsible (as Ops Manager) for realisation of all technology acquisition programs in Command and Control, Computer, Communications (C4), Underwater (UW) systems including sensors and weapons, and Warfare Trainers; Total value in excess of $400M;- Developed technology roadmap for Warfare Trainers, C4 systems and drove their realisation to meet future Concept of Operations;- Advised Leadership Team on technology development matters in C4, UW and Warfare Trainers;Co-Authored future concepts and system architecture for key naval capabilities- Developed and Executed Navy's Recruitment and Talent Management Strategy.

- Co-Manage (with program office) naval platform upgrade/acquisition programs for all Software and Command Control Systems in Navy - Strategic Planning and Change Management, Joint Logistics Department / Enterprise Systems Project Office; Core member of change management team in SAF wide Enterprise Resource Processing (ERP) program; Managed more than 100 communication packages on process harmonisation;- Strategic planner in Joint Logistics Department; Administered SAF level Engineering Expertise Development; Planned and facilitated workshops for senior management of service logistics departments to harmonise logistics and engineering processes across Army, Air Force and Navy.
