I hold a BSc (Honours) degree in Anatomy and Human Biology from UWA. After graduating in 2009, I joined SingHealth as an Anatomy Technologist, supporting clinical skills workshops for medical and healthcare professionals and students. In 2010, I transitioned to the Office of Education at Duke-NUS, where I managed various educational programmes of undergraduate, graduate and lifelong learning levels. Since 2021, I have been part of the Quality Assurance (QA) Department, managing my role in QA and educational research. My passion for health professions education research led me to pursue and achieve a Professional Certificate in Data Analytics in Social Research, and an Executive Certificate in Qualitative Methods for Health Education Research & Quality Improvement (QUAL-E), both from NUS. Outside of work, I am deeply committed to animal, environment, and wildlife conservation matters. I have volunteered in various related activities and currently serve as a docent at the Singapore Zoo.
