-Manage and optimize marketing automation processes using Marketo and HubSpot-Design, build, and execute automated marketing campaigns, including lead scoring, nurturing, and segmentation-Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement email marketing strategies-Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data insights-Ensure marketing automation platforms are integrated seamlessly with CRM systems like Salesforce (bonus points for experience with this!)-Maintain data hygiene and improve data quality for lead generation and reporting-Provide support for campaign execution, A/B testing, and reporting

• Build, launch, and performance analysis of campaigns and nurture programs for Demand Gen, Partner Marketing, and event team stakeholders.• Generate reports on primary marketing KPIs using Marketo and Salesforce• Develop a deep understanding of target market and segments to maintain a high-quality database of target companies with relevant titles, contacts, and contact details using Salesforce and Marketo• Assist in maintaining a clean database through regular audits and troubleshooting• Monitor campaigns to optimize performance based on industry best practices• Provide recommendations that enhance future campaign performance and measurements • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management

-Manage end-to-end email production process within Marketo: planning, receiving and translating business requirements; creating and organizing production assets; generating audience segments; building, testing and deploying email campaigns, analyzing and reporting results-Track results, find insights from data, and develop actionable recommendations for improvement-Continually gather feedback on and pilot new approaches to improve programs-Establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with stakeholders with weekly syncs.-Collaborate on strategy with internal stakeholders, the marketing team and agencies to offer subject matter expertise, execution and ongoing management of our marketing technology stack-Create documentation and enablement training for new team members and new technologies

-Build, test and launch marketing programs based on industry best practices and internally created framework-Leverage product knowledge of campaign technologies (Marketo, SFDC, etc.) and other industry tools to advise best campaign workflow and project efficiencies-Participate in QA and testing campaigns built by other team members-Ensure that our connections to various systems (ON24, Zoom, etc.) work seamlessly with our templates as we iterate-Ensure data accuracy in the lead lifecycle as they move from Marketo to SFDC-Manage workload in Asana and keep tasks up-to-date to ensure smooth handover between team members and stakeholders
