I aid with internal university projects containing confidential record using Excel through coordinating proper paper filings and record organization. I ensure accurate data entries through thorough careful inspections of over 100 documents a day.

During my internship at Sovos I developed and concatenated standardized workbooks with Excel Power Query to transfer various data accurately and efficiently from Salesforce into reports, trained team members on creation of Power Query reports and various Excel functionalities. I also audited VAT SKUs through Salesforce and validated data via Excel in collaboration with team members internationally. Occasionally, I assisted with Quarterly Churn Reports through data cleanup and analyzed trends through Pivot Tables

I handled and standardized SSW data through Microsoft Word and Excel to assist with the department's Reaffirmation Process (CSWE). I also formulated solutions for different administrative tasks within the School of Social Works. I have processed 200 + uniquely confidential data contributing to a crucial part of the School's Reaffirmation while demonstrating professional communication skills through coordination with the many professors and instructors.

I assisted the Human Resources team and performed data analysis through Excel and Access. I was also entrusted with confidential data which I had to compile and assisted with company-wide reports and other related tasks. On a daily basis, I processed 30+ applicants' data and formatted them for review, and assisted with 401K + tax managements.

I performed web and data research on assigned projects and collaborated with team members on findings. I completed proposals that include web designs and marketing strategies for various different teams I was assigned to which I presented in front of executives at the end of my internship.

I performed data sorting using Excel and used Bloomberg to report market research. Furthermore, I used the Bloomberg terminal to assist with my supervisor's findings and helped proofread XML code files.
