As the First Assistant Director on Laurie Berkner's music videos, I would collaborate in creative brainstorming meetings, prep the creative and video shot lists, create schedules, and order props, set pieces, and production supplies. On the day of filming, I would help with production set up, cinematography, social media, and child wrangling. After filming was done and the video was edited, I would help with final prep for each video release that included closed captions and video graphics creation for publication, as well as any additional help needed for release day.

Manage all administrative fields, such as coordinating between our licensed music teachers and new students, coordinating music parties/events, website design and upkeep, record keeping, class and program development. -Stage Manage and Asst. Tour Manage concerts for kids’ music superstars, The Laurie Berkner Band. This involves prepping itineraries, coordinating the band’s rehearsal and travel needs, preparing and designing the stage, preparing transportation, confirm catering, directing venue crews, etc.

I was the Project Manager on "Laurie Berkner's Song And Story Kitchen," a new Audible Original Series. I helped maintain the project from initial idea meetings to final delivery. Our process included creative meetings, writing schedules and deadlines, production schedules, casting, recording scheduling, editing and mixing, marketing, and release. I maintained work-flow, positivity, and the collaborative experience between Laurie Berkner and the team at Audible. Series Description: Laurie Berkner and the Laurie Berkner Band have filled countless venues nationwide with adoring fans, selling millions of albums, songs, and videos. Now young listeners ages 3 to 8 can join Laurie and her buddy, Thelonious Pig (Josiah Gaffney), as she whips up yummy food, songs, and stories in Laurie Berkner’s Song and Story Kitchen.
