Army Reserve Employment Specialist Lead
Current•Provide career support for uniformed service members, veterans, and families, including resume building, interview preparation, and employment guidance.•Recruit business and academic institutions to partner with Army Reserve P3O program.•Conduct P3O briefings conducted through installation TAP Programs, Unit Battle Assemblies, and other ad hoc locations and venues.•Report key performance indicators (KPI’s) to P3O and installation leadership.•Assist, coach, and mentor service members, veterans, and their families on steps to achieve their personal, professional, and career goals.•Oversee the P3O program across the largest regional footprint, including Alaska, Hawaii, Japan, Korea, Guam, Saipan, and American Samoa.•Cultivate a network of industry professionals and recruiters to connect clients with employment opportunities, enhancing client access to potential employers.
