This is a small start up business I currently have 9 clients in South London. I'm a key and alarm code holder for my clients and continue to build on my current client base.

Neighbourhood Safety Officer (NSO) and worked closely with the police safer neighbourhood teams, internal teams, departments and other partner agencies support community safety within the London Borough of Croydon. I am responsible for patrolling the London Borough of Croydon alongside a team. Using a number of different legislation's to deal with anti-social behaviour and environmental offences, I was also an accredited person under the Community Safety Accredited Scheme.I am also the lead officer in a number of investigations of:Anti-social behaviourEnvironmental crime (which includes):LitteringFly-tippingSome of these investigations lead to vehicles being seized and offenders being charged in court.I also acted as professional witnesses, gathered evidence, interviewed a number of witnesses and perpetrators and took statements that were used as evidence in the court.

My main role was patrolling the streets and high ways of the Borough's of Croydon and Merton to be aware of any offences that were being committed, such as littering, fly tipping and to issue a Fixed Penalty Notice for the Local Authority London Borough's of Croydon and Merton.Investigating offences contrary to Section 87 & 88 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

• Oversee the day to day general security of the shopping centre and responsible for 15-20 security personnel• Monitoring CCTV in control room to ensure the safety of the general public and security personnel and alert staff to any possible incident that may be occurring• Test the fire systems on a weekly basis• Security patrols to ensure the buildings and premises are secure• Assist and engage in apprehension of members of public with Loss Prevention Officers• Effectively deal with security alerts with all staff and directing members of public to safety• Good rapport and interaction with the general public and management is paramount for good customer relations
