• I started with Henderson Coffee in March 2009. Was hired by 2 great owners. I was given some great opportunities, and quickly, I learned the business in every way. From entry-level service to Route Delivery. Which I excelled and was able to grow within the company. I have been fortunate to work alongside  and lead some great coworkers and individuals to which helped me grow as a person in the workplace I am today. • Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives • Monitoring and analyzing financial and operational performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions. • Managing and training staff to ensure that they are properly trained, motivated, and performing at a high level. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and community members. • Ensuring that company resources are effectively and efficiently utilized. • Collaborating with other regional and corporate leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive growth and profitability.
