- Electrician - Experience in the installation of electrical systems in residential/ commercial, both large and small, from the ground up. Expansion and repair of electrical systems in existing facilities.- CAD -Design and layout of multiple Electrical applications, layout of coordination drawings in order to resolve conflicts between the Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing trades, design-build and layout of commercial and residential facilities.- Estimating - Estimating job costs based on plans and specifications as well as the bidding process of these jobs. Attending pre-bid meetings in order to obtain a better understanding of the existing conditions.- Project Engineering -Providing submittals for fixtures, gear and material for jobs awarded, coordinating types, finishes, and specifics (dimensions, voltage, etc.) of fixtures, gear and material for each job, Requests for Information (R.F.I.) to Architects/Engineers for clarification of discrepancies, resolving questions or problems for Superintendents and field employees, creating Change Orders (C.O.) for changes implemented in the construction process beyond what was priced on the contract documents (plans and specifications), supplying close out documents to the end user such as O.E.M.'s (Operation and Maintenance Manuals) which provide the owner with written knowledge of how their systems and equipment operate and what to do if something were to break or fail, warranty information and final as-built drawings of the electrical finished electrical system.Specialties: Electrical work (commercial and residential), CAD (Electrical layout and design), Estimating job costs, Project Engineering (from the submittal process to close out documents), I.T.
