• Lead the company wide integration of backend data with Tableau and created automated visualizations around KPI performance, which was critical for the startup’s understanding of its daily performance.• Revamped the structure of restaurant reservation availability, supported by extensive data analysis, which resulted in around a 10% decrease in the inability to fulfill a user’s reservation request.• Discovered a strong correlation between a confirmable user dining experience and the offering of small promotional code. Additionally, investigation and analysis revealed user proficiency increased with each subsequent dining experience booked through the app. These findings in conjunction allowed for the intelligent implementation of a promotion scheme, which suggested a long-term increase in company performance.• Created dozens of Tableau visualization to track and monitor secondary KPI’s and user behavior patterns.

It was first introduced by Bak, Tang and Wiesenfeld in 1987 as the simplest model to display such behavior. The model was originally defined on a finite grid, but can be extended more generally to finite graphs as well.In this project, we created a database of isomorphism classes and sandpile groups for a family of graphs called circulant graphs. We further focused our attention to determining the explicit structure of the sandpile group for a specific family of circulant graphs.

• Selected to participate in a prestigious ten-week intensive summer research program in advanced mathematics.• Used finite difference methods to estimate results for differential equations at an interface on a student team of three.• Implemented code in MATLAB to compare efficiency of algorithms on a set of specialized problems.• Presented daily reports to the lead researcher summarizing our results.• Presented biweekly to all program participants, program supervisors, and faculty in a formal setting.---There are numerous applications of ordinary or partial differential equations of boundary value problems (BVPs) such as the Navier-Stokes equations for bubble simulations or the Stefan problem modeling the interface between ice and water that are known as interface problems. For many interface problems, the free boundary or moving interface depends on the gradient of the solution. It is important to obtain not only the accurate solution but also accurate first order derivatives of the solution. There are several effective numerical methods such as finite difference or finite element methods for numerical ODE/PDEs that can generate accurate solutions but less accurate derivatives. During our research, we explored ways to compute solutions and derivatives to ODE/PDE BVPs accurately at the same time, particularly using a finite difference discretization.
