I leverage these skills to source, screen, and attract qualified and diverse talent for Extreme Networks, as well as to support various recruiting initiatives and events. In my current role, I partner with hiring managers, candidates, and HR to deliver a smooth and positive hiring experience, using various tools and platforms to streamline the process and ensure compliance. I also collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and implement strategies to enhance the employer brand and expand the talent pipeline.
