-Find equipment based on customers needs.-Spec equipment for customer based on their needs, industry, and/or vocation.-Adapt to changing emissions and bridge laws.-Stay up to date on latest equipment to maximize payload and fuel economy.

-Looked up parts for heavy duty applications via customer walk ins and/or calls.-Dealt with warranty claims on a daily basis. Made sure paperwork was filed correctly and that all items were sent back to correct vendor.-Received incoming inventory on a daily basis and stocked accordingly. Shipped outgoing items to customers and vendors.-Inventory Control: Made sure fast moving items were plentiful, managed obsolescence.-Core Management: Inspected all core items and made sure they were in returnable condition. Sent core items back to appropriate vendor and followed up on invoice credits.

Delivered parts to both in town and out of town customers.
