While at IMS Health he led both the commercial system testing and business readiness work streams.As the commercial systems testing lead, delivered Model-N system testing and user acceptance testing results while managing system test incident reporting issues and the team’s writing and execution of membership, eligibility, admin fee, chargeback, pricing and rebate test scripts for Merck’s purchased based contracts. As the business readiness lead, led the development of strategy, Model-N training project planning, and cut-over / hyper-care programs across the Model-N revenue contract management system implementation Program Align at Merck.This successful engagement was able to generate an annual 4% savings for Merck’s Managed Markets group from revenue leakage through better terms and conditions management on over $10B in contracts.

As the global healthcare practice manager in this new practice start-up initiative we won 6 global healthcare engagement proposals in 6 months.
