- Account Manager
- Responsible for business development of staffing services through a multitude of techniques including cold calling, e-mailing, social media and networking events
- Research and identify new business targets daily (minimum 4 clients a day – 40-60 cold calls / e-mails)
- Able to identify and engage with the correct contacts for each position targeted
- Demonstrate strong technical and business knowledge of IT Security that aligns with the needs of the client
- Negotiate terms of the agreement with perspective clients to the maximum range
