I currently perform an array of different jobs and duties at The Red Elephant Pizza and Grill - Kerry Forrest as an assistant general manager. I take care of the FOH with duties such as: greeting customers and helping with our hostesses and our curbside to-go operations. I manage the serving staff and bartenders to make sure our customers are being taken.

I got promoted to a FOH manager and moved to Red Elephant's Panama City location to help manage their store there. In my year at Red Elephant-Panama City, I learned a lot of what I'm performing today. I wrote schedules for both the FOH and BOH.
