Earning my stripes through the certified IBEW Joint Apprenticeship opened my eyes to what the electrical construction industry had to offer. Learning from others, and continually pushing myself and those around me to improve, has led me on a journey through a variety of industry roles and responsibilities. Beginning with on site management of only a few men, to multi-million dollar projects of double digit manpower spanning 1-2 years. Presented with an opportunity to learn and implement BIM modeling and prefabrication, I was exposed to, and helped to excel efforts towards prefabrication and effective use of 3D modeling. Realizing the opportunity to learn an entirely new facet of the industry from the mindset of project management, I put my years of field experience to work off site to support field efforts from behind the scenes. Data driven and planning focused, I discovered a sweet spot that powerfully combined the tools accrued through 15 years of field experience and computer aided modeling with intent to fabricate. I continue to lead those around me, and come along side those I partner with, to deliver an exceptional product to each and every customer.
