I work directly with our customers and our product to help tens of millions of people improve their experience at work.I moved to Culture Amp from Blackbird Ventures, where I helped Australia’s most ambitious companies with their strategy, people and culture, as an advisor or on their board. I’m continuing my journey at Blackbird as an Executive in Residence.Before Blackbird, I was the Chief People Officer at a Silicon Valley unicorn, where I built and led the 100-strong People function as we rapidly scaled, and also debuted on a few Best Places to Work and Most Innovative Company lists along the way. Prior to this, I was the Head of HR at Google for a leader with 10,000 employees in 50 countries, and was part of the Google People Operations leadership team. I was also an advisor to Google Capital and their portfolio. Before Google, I led human capital consulting teams at PwC, and was the HR Chief of Staff at Telstra.
