Served as a founding engineer and architect for Workday’s workflow and integration product, Workday Orchestrate, including a low-code drag-and-drop workflow builder UI, an asynchronous workflow engine, and back-end APIs.- Key technical lead and mentor for a fast-growing team of now ~20 engineers; provided guidance and feedback on code reviews and implementations in TypeScript, Kotlin, and Scala.- Identified opportunities for streamlined architecture and developed both system designs and project plans for execution. Worked with engineers to kick off a series of rapid prototypes to prove out the designs and get early feedback.- Successfully launched and grew the product through collaboration with customers, product management, UX designers, and leadership on product roadmap and vision.
