CurrentResponsible for leading and coordinating implementation projects and optimization efforts for CHCS and its Practice Management (PM), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) software. The main goal is to ensure long-term and daily use of technology meets the needs of users operationally.• Successfully led and managed new EHR project transition through deployment with over 10k notes submitted in the first month post transition. This required intimate knowledge of clinical workflows, staff understanding new technology, coding/billing functions, and organizational intent. Implemented and led a project steering committee with voting members CEO/CFO/CMO/CIO including clinical VPs and strategic fiscal and clinical representatives ensuring vendor collaboration with committee initiatives.• Improved adoption and end user experience of new HRIS application post deployment, allowing for 90% increase in time reporting, employee pay on time, end of year tax reporting requirements, PO processing, new employee management functions and existing employee tracking. • Built two support teams, consisting of two managers and eight analysts capable of managing all aspects of applications used, with focus on organizational confidence and trust from Senior Leadership to end users. Developed and structured several committees, led by these teams, providing technical oversight and fiscal, regulatory, and compliance driven recommendations for strategic business decisions. • Developed tracking systems to manage application down times, resulting in application up-times over 99% consistently.• Developed long term sustaining relationships with key internal stake holders and external vendors critical for application support.
