- Serve as an advisor to the leaders of our graduate student-led organizations to support thediversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and projects focused on community andbelonging at the GSB.-Oversee and directly advise multiple student-led major events per academic year including the Future of Arts, Media, and Entertainment Conference, Climate and Innovation Summit, Women In Management Banquet, and the GSB Healthcare Conference; which have budgets on average of $20 - 45k and up to 300 attendees.-Advise the MBA Student Association, Athletics Committee, working closely with the student leaders to support their efforts planning community focused events, and event execution.-Develop and implement student leader resources including; New Leader Orientation, Club Leader Essentials (CLE), Student Activities Fair and additional online resources.-Collaborate with University stakeholders to help our portfolio of over 60 GSB student clubs to host inclusive and successful events that reflect well on the institution.

-Maintained a robust knowledge of curriculum structure, degree requirements, student needs, policies and processes to directly advise students on course plans. -Oversaw a student portfolio with over 300 graduate students across 4 programs (MBA-FT, MBA-PT, MSOD, & MPA); inclusive of Program Director meetings, student registration and advising, and quarterly Admissions meetings. -Enhanced the graduate student experience while focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion through programming and events. -Worked in conjunction with the Associate Dean and Program Directors to monitor course forecast and enrollment. -Collaborated across University departments to host successful engagement opportunities i.e., Orientation, Graduation, Skills workshops, and club events. Our office on average hosted 10-12 events a semester. -Advised Graduate student Clubs within the School of Management.

-Increased student retention through constant contact while tracking student interaction via Sales force dashboard.-Managed a domestic and international student portfolio with over 300 graduate students across 4 disciplines. -Provided accurate and current university knowledge including academic policies, procedures, and resources.

- Managed and maintained AGSUSF Development Funding, AGSUSF Events Funding, and AGSUSF Conference Funding accounts including tracking expenditures and income, budget reconciliation, writing reports, planning, and proposing budget for following year. -Provided general advisement for student organizations including, but not limited to: event planning, ASUSF and AGSUSF funding, leadership development, and financial procedures- Advised and supported the Student Organization Consultants, undergraduate student staff.- Conducted outreach to registered student organizations (with a focus on graduate studentorganizations) to strengthen organizational capacity including compliance with policies, recruitment and retention, utilization of OrgSync, event planning, leadership transition, and access to resources- Coordinated marketing, review, awards, and processing for AGSUSF Development Funding, AGSUSF Events Funding, and AGSUSF Conference Funding awards- Assisted student organizations with the completion and submission of financial forms and provide resources on fundraising.

-Managed all projects creating a yearly average revenue of 9-10 million dollars.-Managed and oversaw pre-clinical projects from inception to conclusion. In this capacity, I worked with an array of clients in the medical device industry to achieve their goal of expanding and implementing their ideas in order to assist in bringing products/devices to the market. -Conducted client meetings with the Chief Operating Officer, Director of Veterinary Research, Physicians and Engineers to execute project design and development. - Managed and scheduled a team of 9 technicians, and 4 operating rooms everyday, including weekend studies.

-Assisted with all marketing initiatives including; social media platforms, all print materials (brochures, mailers, data sheets), and digital stages (website and outside presentations). Also assisted with the organization of all in house events. - Coordinated and attended trade shows and conferences, and provided quality non-clinical support to clients and staff, while assisting in outside sales appointments.-Engaged potential clients in the medical device, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and life sciences communities in efforts to generate sales. -Actively recruited new clients by developing quotes for identified opportunities and assisted current clients with research needs.

-Directly advised the executive board of the ASUSF Greek Council. -Attended weekly committee meetings to help guide students with programming efforts with the Greek Council. -Advised and supported the executive board with planning and implementation of the Annual Greeksgiving and New Member orientation.

I worked closely with the Assistant Director for Leadership Programs to review, analyze, and propose recommendations on the Division of Student Life’s Student Leadership Awards application and selection process. Benchmarked peer and aspirant institutions as well as gather feedback from the campus community to develop an improved application and/or selection process for future use. Some of my proposed changes are being implemented in the 2018 school year Award process.

-Developed and implemented the new Student Leadership Awards Program, from award applications to event logistics, under the direction of the Director of Student Activities and Leadership.-Worked with the Associated Student Body to create all marketing collateral for print and social media.-Constantly communicated with the Associated Student Body to ensure the Awards Program was established with the student goals and intent in mind.- Managed and directed all award aspects including; pin orders, venue selection and setup, catering order, invitations, and oversight of award selection committee.
