It was my job to prepare bidding and construction documents. I had to work closely with clients to obtain their goals. It was my responsibility to work directly with project engineers to finalize the project engineering systems. I was required to work within tight budgetary constraints and time allotments to achieve the client’s goals. I acted as a liaison between the client and contractors.

I was responsible for preparing bidding and construction documents. I worked closely with local and state building and zoning officials. I worked closely with clients to complete projects. I acted as a liaison between the client and contractors.

I was contracted to do as built drawings for a local developer. My responsibility was to travel to the development, mostly old pre-war factories. I would then perform a site survey of the property. This included sketching, measuring and taking photographs. I would then take the site survey information and draft the properties into AutoCAD. I would show all aspects of what was existing. I prepared existing Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Civil Drawings as required to produce an accurate set of an as built drawing for each property. As the developer was redeveloping the property I would assist in creating schematic designs, based off of the as builts, that the developer would give his Architect for the final construction documents. I also worked with the developer’s future tenants on their schematic designs.

I was contracted to help with their commercial developer roofing maintenance program. My responsibility was to travel to the development, mostly strip malls. I would then perform a site survey of the developments roofing penetrations, potential problem areas, and logged all mechanical units model numbers. This included sketching, measuring and taking photographs. I would then take the site survey information and draft the developments roof into AutoCAD and show all roofing penetrations.
