I manage a diverse portfolio of creative marketing campaigns, leveraging internal resources as well as freelance talent toward creating engaging and brand-aligned content on-schedule and on-budget. I managed the administrative, facilities, and (to a lesser degree) Human Resources functions of a fast-paced and high-profile artist endowed foundation. This role allowed me to wear a variety of hats toward supporting the operational success of a small team, including management of contracted talent (garden services, facilities repair, and IT support) as well as internal staff processes and workflows. I also worked in concert with a consultant and our Executive Director to draft and implement the Foundation's "return to office" plan following the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, I provided regular support to the Foundation's Board of Directors and Board Committees, preparing minutes, meeting materials, and correspondence.

In this role, I provided high-level administrative and strategic support to the Museum Executive Director and CEO, as well as the Board of Trustees and Board Committees. I also managed a variety of annual and one-off events such as VIP leadership convenings and bi-monthly Board meetings, as well as staff-centric offerings like the annual summer BBQ, holiday party, and monthly All Staff meetings. In partnership with the Director of Human Resources, I also managed and rebranded the OMCA-You program, an optional staff skill-sharing and co-creation opportunity.

Provided administrative support to the Vice President of Development Operations, and managed the logistical needs of a fast-paced Development department. Interacted regularly with museum curators, donors, guests, and local/international philanthropists. Additionally, provided critical Event Production support for the annual LACMA Muse Costume Ball, and helped develop the museum's inaugural New Year's Eve fete, "The Golden Stag."
