Started a new venture, Collective Design Works, by moving the creative and technical departments of BrightSpace to a physical storefront on Main St to create a new company open to the public.Major Accomplishments:Led the initiative to create a new dynamic imaging web-to-print storefront that enabled companies to have consistent branding across multiple locations using an online portal to order print materials.Served local Chattanooga market and various clients across the United States with web, print, design, and custom application development services.

Transitioned part of the previous company into a new venture, BrightSpace Senior Living, and established all new IT infrastructure, Including physical and virtual Networks, Exchange, Intranet, and VPNs spanning 52 locations across the United States.Major Accomplishments:Managed all new branding for BSSL, including logos, stationery, websites, and brochures.Started an internal commercial printing and technology consultation company out of the creative and technical departments that later grew to be open to the public.Transitioned the new company away from using third-party printers and purchased an in-house commercial digital press to provide better pricing and increase branding consistency for all marketing materials throughout the new venture's multiple locations.
