Started this business from my dining table with one phone and a laptop. Grew it to be a small but effective search consultancy. Partnering with global EPCM's placing executive level positions. Engineering Executive (E²) Consulting Group was a progressive executive search and recruitment firm who specialised in the search, assessment and recruitment of Senior and Executive level Engineers from here in Australia and around the world. The business was based on a mentality that no role is too difficult to fill and our search methodology and sourcing techniques proved this every time. Through our use of various online technologies, coupled with one of the strongest and most impressive referral based networks spanning the country, we targeted, pinpoined, approached and delivered the strongest and most experienced engineering candidates from around the country and across the globe.Majority of time I invested was into the rail, road and infrastructure projects both locally and overseas.
