CurrentJob Description: Responsibilities include placing qualified candidates into contract to perm positions, establishing meaningful relationships with those candidates and clearly communicating job responsibilities as well as company culture. Crafting comprehensive written candidate summaries to submit to hiring managers. Other responsibilities include; Prescreening candidates, scheduling interviews, performing background & reference checks, as well as researching and analyzing hiring statistics.Key Results• Creative sourcing experience with career sites such as CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn & ZipRecruiter.• Experience recruiting for a wide range of positions including IT & Medical Professionals.• Notable experience with various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, iCIMS, StafferLink, and UpGlide.• Useful experience with an MSP hiring process as well as C2C requirements for international candidates.• Awarded with JSG Employee Spotlight Award after only 3 months of Recruiting.
