Experimental study of hybrid magnon systems for microwave and quantum applications in Prof. Luqiao Liu's group (4 first author publications. 14 co-author publications)-Realized one of the first on-chip and lithographically scalable Circuit QED architecture for magnon-photon coupling by combining superconducting resonators with magnetic thin films. Demonstrated strong magnon-photon coupling with three orders of magnitude reduction in spin number. Demonstrated enhanced single spin coupling strength using low-impedance lumped element resonators.-Realized strong and tunable magnon-magnon coupling in 2D Van der Waals antiferromagnet CrCl3 by symmetry breaking. Demonstrated CrCl3 as a convenient testbed for studying antiferromagnetic dynamics in microwave frequencies.-Proposed theoretically the operation of a spin-torque-oscillator (STO) maser device which can break area, power, and linewidth limitations of traditional STO devices and lead to scalable, compact microwave lasers. Implemented spin-photon coupling in widely used GPU-accelerated micromagnetic simulation package Mumax3 and published on GitHub.-Realized the first on-chip microwave photon-magnon hybrid system with electrically tunable cooperativity by incorporating spin-Hall effect for tuning magnon dissipation. Combined DC current injection pads with planar metallic coplanar waveguide resonators. -Built cryogenic (1.5K) microwave measurement system and designed PCBs for simultaneous DC and RF measurements
