There is nothing that I love more than making sure that people understand the technology that they're using and that they are excited about their experience with it. I've started out as the family tech guru and have ridden a love of all things related to technology to get to a place where I take complex ideas and am able to distill them down the the important parts in a way that is non-threatening and makes tools approachable for people. I am a life long learner. Whenever I have any down time, I am trying to get myself up to date on the systems that we use everyday to make life a little easier. I am eagerly trying to sharpen my skills as a developer and am interested in learning more about getting into the hardware side of these computers that we use every day for various activities. Turning frustrations into achievements is something that I have tried to focus on in all of my time working directly with customers.At the heart of things, I love people and want them successful, not frustrated, by technology.
