In these job roles, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of field contracting at all levels, including mergers and acquisitions. I am in charge of the creation, introduction, and administration of field pay and sales incentive programs as well as quarterly bonus stages for all life distribution channels. I provide senior management with monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting, as well as annual sales plans by area and agency. I create and present marketing and training presentations for internal and external audiences. I coordinate and publish field messages, contact sheets, and sales maps. I oversee all incentive programs, sponsorship, and invoice payments, as well as budgeting, reviews, and audits.• Led close coordination with 12+ sales vice presidents on agency set-up and compensation arrangements for company's 1,200 direct intermediary agencies and downline of 80,000 independent agents, encompassing national accounts and direct marketers.• Formulated 150+ different compensation variables, developed systems-integration coding spreadsheets, and published agent commission schedules, while liaising with the product development team to steer gross compensation. • Assessed independent agency contracts by analyzing agency’s the production and business plan, while approving and declining 95% independently and 5% after delivery of research to senior management.• Developed annual sales plan for multiple channels, 12+ sales regions, and 14 national accounts to achieve sales goals.
