As Director of Operations and Guest Experience I oversee a number of the areas we feel have a big affect on our guest’s experiences at Cragun’s Resort. Front Desk, Marina, Conference Services, Recreation, Security and Housekeeping. I try to maintain a culture of trust, engagement and fun within my team. Thousands of people pay to come to Cragun’s and the lake area for fun and we are all lucky enough to live and work here. We get the chance to have fun and the satisfaction of helping our guests have the best time possible. The traditional silos have been removed as people cross train and help each other out and departments are empowered to make decisions to take care of our guests. This proved invaluable in 2020 as we navigated the turbulent year. We specialize in making vacation memories that last a lifetime. I love to be a big part of that, seeing the smiles on our guests faces, the excitement when arriving and sadness at having to leave. My team shares this passion as we continue to evolve the guest journey.
