Edited and optimized video spots; recorded, mixed, and EQed audio spots in-house; managed media deployment to customer FTP accounts; provided tech support to clients; shot promotional videos for internal company use.

Supervised 12 encoders and assistants; directed the capture/encoding of thousands of music videos; designed and deployed Media Manager, a VB/SQL server application to automate the capture and encoding process; trained staff; liaisoned with Ibeam to develop a video hosting service for the company; created a directory and database infrastructure for tracking video files and metadata; instituted frequent hardware/software upgrades.
