Built a platform that allowed real estate agents and brokerages to deploy brokerage and agent websites tied to hundreds of MLS' across the U.S. Prospects could sign up to view and favorite listings, save searches and get notifications. These prospects were scored and available in a custom built CRM using an internal algorithm that measured interest, decayed over time, and was weighted if the prospects had a recently life event to help real estate agents focus on top priorities first. Tooling built into the CRM included social media broadcast tooling, email-to-prospect pipelines, sms-to-prospect pipelines, lead scoring, email marketing and drip campaigns- Built custom website editor in React that allowed agents to drag and drop components to generate responsive webpages (and the same tool was used for generating email mobile responsive templates)- Heavy focus on MLS data ETLs to standardized format - Millions of MLS records piped into ElasticSearch to allow keyword search or drilling down into 100s of standardized MLS data points.

Consulting and Web Development for medium-sized businesses utilizing industry best-practices and the latest technology to eliminate bottlenecks in the workplace so you can focus on the important matters: closing deals, increasing brand awareness and building an audience. Worked on a custom CRM solution to manage self-guided tour marketing sites for Single Family Homes available for rent, where applicants could immediately apply for a lease, get notified of approval, and have a keyless access code sent to them that would be available for move-in. Backend CRM also managed "turns" or maintenance that needed to between leases to keep the houses maintained. This included scheduling/dispatch, inspections and recommended repairs, and interfaced with subcontractors who could be assigned work.
