Recruited into this role to oversee and manage a 200,000 square foot manufacturing facility that averaged $200M+ in gross annual sales; operated on a three shift per day/seven days a week schedule. In charge of five supervisors who managed a combined staff of 100+ hourly employees; accountable for all hiring, onboarding, and training of staff. Spearheaded all company OSHA and ISO compliance regulation obligations. ➣ Instrumental in leading an effort to fix a critical inventory accuracy issue; first 90 days of employment led to inventory quickly stabilizing and reaching 99.3% accuracy for the remainder of tenure. ➣ Recognized for helping turn around and revitalize a struggling facility that was set to close permanently and the location is still open to this day.➣ Assumed full ownership of audits, purchasing, and vendor relationship management.

The team was tasked with processing incoming orders that resulted in an average of $30M+ in annual sales. Led all recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and on-going training; handled purchasing, quality control, safety, and established/developed all vendor relationships. ➣ Accountable for $10M+ in finished goods inventory and $1.5M+ in raw materials. ➣ Oversaw a 70,000 square foot warehouse facility that employed 25 full-time employees and led light manufacturing/packaging operations.
