Led troubleshooting team deep dives between enterprise teams, eliminating 100% of critical issues and successfully deploying a minimal viable product.► Managed on-site service integration of 6 ad-hoc IT architecture projects connecting Army and Air Force enterprise-level software simulation capabilities to ensure completion of project requirements.► Increased support capacity 200% through applying existing contract software and teams to other business streams between the Army and Air Force, freeing up resources to support new Air Force training strategies.► Participated in I/ITSEC simulations training industry conference, published co-author and presenter for I/ITSEC 2020.
