Just over 3 years as a Fleet and Risk Director for a company specialising in mobile management and vehicle tracking. Numerous non-exec Director posts.

Our care places the patient and not the illness at the centre of everything we do.We are an independent charity and the only adult hospice in Rotherham for the people of Rotherham and surrounding villages. We began offering Day Hospice services in 1994, and have grown over the years to now provide a 14 bed Inpatient Unit, with 75 Day Hospice places every week, and our Hospice Community Team who provide care in the community. We need over £6 million annually to deliver these services and rely heavily upon local people and organisations for their support.

Sheffield Eagles play in the Rugby League Championship and won back to back Championship titles in 2012 and 2013. Following the demolition of Don Valley Stadium, we played the 2014 season at Owlerton Sports Stadium, the 2015 season at The Keepmoat Stadium in Doncaster and will play at Bawtry Road, Sheffield for the 2016 season. We hope to be at The Olympic Legacy Park, Sheffield for the 2017 season in our own purpose built stadium.

The objects of the Foundation are to advance the education and the physical health and well being of people within South Yorkshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire by providing opportunities for them to participate in a range of activities, in order to develop their educational, social, physical and mental wellbeing.

This was a great honour for both myself and my club, Sheffield Eagles. The role is an ambassadorial role and entails attending many varied events throughout the year in office including the Northern Rails Cup Final, Challenge Cup Semi Finals and Final, Championship Play Off Final and Superleague Grand Final.
