As a fire controlman I was awarded the opportunity to spend my first 2 years in school learning basic and advanced electricity and electronics to use in my role supporting the weapons systems that I was assigned as a FC. My military career helped me grow as an adult as well as a leader and provided me with not only the skills but the confidence, pride, and ability to lead in my future careers. As a wartime veteran of the United States Navy, I am honored to have served and will never forget my time in service.
