( Design and build new company product showroom & Asiawater exhibition )

1. Responsible for the sales and marketing for all 3 market segments in Malaysia Building Technology (BT), Industry (IS) and Utilities (UT).2. Assist the managing director to identify a sustainable business strategy and develop plans to ensure sales growth and profitability. 3. Leads the Malaysian sales team to achieve company sales budget and manage the sales department to meet company’s strategic plans and targets.4. In charges and manages company marketing activity. Marketing budget allocation, raising brand awareness and product development and promotion.5. Jointly support cross border sales activities with SEA, Asia and Global GF colleagues. 6. Responsible for the before and after sales and technical service/support to customer. Leads the Malaysia technical support team. 7. Manages sales forecast, sales management and assist to handle of supply chain activities and monitoring of inventories.8. Develop, train and coach the Malaysia sales and technical support teams in Malaysia.9. Maintain and expand the existing segments market penetration and market share. 10. Identify customer/market needs and develop a strong distributor networks in Malaysia. 11. Cultivate teamwork with local and regional sales managers and appointed distributors.12. Manage distributors/customers’ expectation and fulfilling distributors/customers’ orders and requirements. 13. Attends and provides technical updates including product training to team members, distributors and customers.

o Responsibility to monitor monthly sales turnover and achieve Malaysia Utility sales budget. Reporting to MD Malaysia.o To create business opportunities and identify new prospects for the UT market in Malaysia with the objective of improving competitive advantage and market share.o To lead the UT sales and service team in providing technical sales supports by analyzing customer pains and requirements and recommend solution o To propose, lead and execute UT segment strategic plan by organizing marketing push activities to increase product awareness. o Work specification on water utility project. o To build up significant UT project references and technical case studying as marketing tools. o To manage and lead the UT distributors to achieve UT sales targets, assist on inventory of safety stock controlled and secure UT projects. o Trained of new technical staff including junior sales and service engineers. o Malaysian Plastics Manufacturers Association (MPMA) memberso Technical and sales support to the regional sales offices in SEA.

1. Responsible for technical and commercial evaluation of customer inquiries. Work out an appropriate system solution based on customer requirements. 2. Liaised with engineer, consultant, constructor and other different parties to ensure that the project is always running on track. 3. Supported activities in various construction sites, on job site training, construction and installation method. 4. Leads in project bidding by submitting tender, which involving project work of scope study, customer requirement, project milestone and all the specification from the bid document.5. Assisted the UT sales manager to monitor monthly sales turnover for the UT segment in Malaysia, monitoring on performance of distributors and competitors, reporting of market activities.
