My primary focus is supporting clients in order to achieve tangible results through facilitation, project management and skill development. Combining critical thinking processes with his experience in maintenance & production, discrete manufacturing and IT with a broad technical knowledge helps me to work for a wide variety of clients. The majority of my work lies within the area of Problem Solving, Project Management, LEAN Management and Improving Human Performance. I've worked with clients in Europe, Asia and the US, in challenging environments and always throughout all levels of organizations.
