Currently, as part of the airport operations team, I am actively involved in overseeing complex projects.During my 13-year tenure at my current company, I played a pivotal role in managing critical initiatives, including the closure, development and reopening of passenger terminals at Changi. Notably, I contributed to the conceptualization, design, and implementation of groundbreaking solutions such as the first biometric automated immigration gate and self-boarding gate at Changi.In my present role, I am entrusted with managing the digital wayfinding portfolio, where I leverage my project management expertise to lead the UI/UX design journey, enhancing and simplifying the passenger experience.
