Out central kitchen in Shanghai focus on high volume and multi-unit production, and our delivery crew takes care of delivering them to the majority areas of Shanghai. As operation manager, I'm mainly responsible forProcurement: responsible for supplier management and daily procure management. Kitchen operation: responsible for quality control, cost control, and stock management. Delivery: managing delivery crew to make sure on-time and high quality delivery service.
