Having 2 years of experience as VMware administrator • Working experience on VMware, ESXi, Vcenter, VMotion, ESXi Hardware, ITIL• Installation, Configuration, Administration and Troubleshooting of VMware VSphere 6.x to 7.0, VMware VSphere 6.X Virtual Center, VI Client• Having Experience on Creating and managing VM Ware cluster. Enabling HA, FT and DRS features in a cluster.• VMware Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day support of the VMware environment for the assigned customer account(s).• Implement Patching and upgrades of ESXi and connected VMware components• Handle VMware configuration changes under established guidelines.• Monitor incidents and service request ticket queues and work on assigned tasks.• Perform health checks of the VMware application and infrastructure environments.• Perform VMware incident troubleshooting and mitigation actions.• Open and manage 3rd-party support tickets for end-to-end Hardware VMware incident management.
