This fellowship is centered around bringing business analytics and data science to the content team supporting Nasdaq Metrio, an end-to-end ESG reporting software solution for enterprise businesses. As a primary function, this role entails developing 5 NLP & AI-powered productivity tools to enhance team productivity by 20% within 6-months. In tandem, the ESG Content Fellow contributes directly to the platform, famliarizing themselves with the intricaies of reporting to major frameworks and reporting organizations such as GRI, SASB, CSRD, TCFD, UNGC, and more. Working across multiple internal divisions, this role also aids in aggregating and analyzing resources from internal divisions and third-party surveyors to unveil critical trends in client priorities, enabling data-driven strategies and informed project management.

Acting as a central connection for all Marshall Pride leadership, this role is created to work closely with Marshall Pride's President and COO to ensure seamless operations, assist in broader DEI initiatives, and serve as a conference lead for Pride's Spring 2024 conference.
