Support the VP Talent Acquisition – North America and the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team• Schedule and manage complex travel arrangements (domestic and international) to include air, hotel, ground transportation and country-required documentation (e.g., visas, passports). Manage large group travel for key events• Identify, classify, maintain, and protect files, documentation and sensitive information consistent with record handling and retention requirements• Deal with confidential matters using a high level of discretion; e.g. meetings, reorganizations, documents and communication• Reconcile and process monthly expenses (i.e., Visa purchasing card, American Express bills) to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and in compliance with company policy• Organize and set up leadership routines; set up and take down of events/meetings, coordinates logistics, food and technical coordination; manages various communications to attendees; content development for routine meetings; manages feedback and follow-up mechanisms.• Established routine reports and processes for TA leadership to chargeback candidate Travel to business decreasing TA budget by $250k • Improved efficiency for monthly TA Compliance report to ensure Talent Acquisition compliance with OFCCP guidelines• Coordinate with company COEs to create an extensive two-day onboarding/immersion for new hires • Orchestrate an enhanced executive level candidate experience including: schedule in person/virtual interviews; secure conference/video rooms, coordinate travel logistics, expenses, interview preparation and materials • Collaborates on developing and ensures execution of Emerging Talent recruiting strategies and marketing efforts with universities, career fairs and conferences including, University information sessions, career fairs and conferences (NBMBAA/Prospanica, Consortium) • Cataloged and maintained department office supplies, event merchandise, Amex travel cards, and computer accessories
