I am excited to be working, collaborating, sharing and learning as part of the UCC Technology & Innovations Group at AVISPL. As many of you know Whitlock & AVISPL are now managed by the same partner (hence the name change). Same great people, but now we’ve joined forces with the awesome group at AVISPL, so amazing things will be happening! Stay tuned! We’re all looking forward to what the future holds. I will be working closely with various levels of management to develop useful business documentation and data practices with the goal of providing our team leaders with the most impactful information to help facilitate timely business decisions. Additionally, I will be following trends and analysis in an effort to highlight opportunities. While applying my strong organizational skills I will document and report on my findings in an attempt to help the business run more efficiently, and maintain profitability, while staying on top of our customers needs and or desires.

Greater New York City Area

Coordinated all the service needs of our top five Fortune 500 clients. As the first responder I did the initial trouble shooting with the client to rule out the obvious. If a technician was needed I coordinated with our local technicians or when necessary, reached out to our pool of subcontractors making sure to translate exactly what the issue was and communicated the exact technical issues at hand. Additionally, I shared what may be needed, while ordering parts, scheduling deliveries, following up with clients and RMAs when necessary.

North Haven

Prepared, organized, managed and sent out 200+ bids annually, including but not limited to: required forms, questionnaires, proposals, contracts, and renewals required for the successful, timely delivery of RFQ’s, RFP’s and ITB’s, using Microsoft Office, Excel and approximately 50+ Third Party Management / eSourcing / eProcurement sites. Completed all documents and ran reports, necessary for participation in co-op (consortium), state wide and federal bids, including but not limited to the following: Pre-qualifications, Vendor / Supplier Annual Updates, , Waivers, Intent to Bid, RFI's, Affirmative Action forms, Surveys, EHS Safety Updates, and more.Managed 100+ eSourcing, eProcurement, Third Party Managed (State, and Federal) online sites used for submittal and retrieval of bids, as well as EHS qualifications and more.Monitored OSHA Compliance records and logged quarterly, in an effort to track EMR, DART, and TRIR records. Authored the company’s approved “Environmental Statement,” as well as, a “Subcontractors Management Plan” (SMP).

Scheduled jobs and assigned technicians to specific jobs and prioritized. Maintained job outlook calendar.Negotiated details of contracted work: prepared sales contracts, arranged payment terms, ordered parts, scheduled, organized and deployed technicians to specific jobs according to their capabilities, strengths, and qualifications. Followed up with customer after install & or repair to confirm satisfaction and if not, worked with client to resolve until the client was happy with the work done. Set up ongoing service contracts (SLAs) after installation to provide ongoing support for the life of the part and or as negotiated.
