As a Bid Manager I single handedly prepared, organized, managed and sent out 400+ bids annually. I completed all documents, forms, questionnaires, proposals, contracts, SLA's and renewals required to win multiple, state local and federal bids, generating on average, 2+ million annually in won contracts. I managed 100+ eSourcing, eProcurement, third party managed (state & federal) online sites, necessary for submittal & retrieval of bids, as well as EHS qualifications & more.I managed all company documents required annually & ran necessary reports to stay in compliance with Federal (SAM), State & local procurement regulations. Monitored OSHA compliance records & logged quarterly, in an effort to track EMR, DART, & TRIR (Insurance) records, required for bid submittals. Authored the company’s approved “Environmental Statement,” as well as, the company's, “Subcontractors Management Plan” (SMP), required for many bids. In a world where people are becoming increasingly more aware of their carbon footprint, remote meetings & working remotely can & will cut down the carbon footprint.The AV Industry is making this happen.
