Redesigned their existing iOS app to help new & existing customers complete a smooth and quick booking, avoiding unnecessary frictions.The main challenge found was the untimely availability of vehicles, hence the intervention explored the areas of advanced booking and load sharing. 30 participants attempted a dummy book on the prototyped app & the insights were duly incorporated.Responsibilities included rigorous field trips user research, on various frequency belts through personal interviews, surveys and focus group discussions. An in-depth secondary research from analytics and booking calls.
