Responsible for managing cost and schedule and providing accurate estimates. • Use of PMG to drive project execution from project origination to start up and commissioning.• Requisition, evaluation and procurement of engineered equipment and various project materials.• Contractor negotiation, evaluation, selection, coordination, and oversight. Scope of Work Agreements preparation, Statements of Work preparation, and Purchase Order generation.• Management of internal and external resources as needed from project execution through startup.• Coordination and integration with FHR Safety, Environmental, Construction, Operations and Maintenance capabilities. • Conduct robust Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs) and champion Process Safety Management (PSM) program. • Project Safety Information (PSI) coordinator for FHR Terminals Organization.
