International development and humanitarian sector professional with an extensive background in partner relationship management, fundraising, program development, and fieldwork. Currently working at Save the Children Canada, where he is responsible for managing a portfolio of grants, coordinating with Country Offices, Donors, and partners to ensure the highest levels of program delivery.Previously worked for Dignitas International (where he was responsible for institutional funding development and grants management resulting in the implementation of global health projects in Malawi and Canada). His first steps in the sector were at the Polish Humanitarian Action, where he initially served as a Head of the Mission to Nepal, and later as a Partner Relations Team Manager in Warsaw. During that time he led the organization’s strategic relations with domestic and international institutional partners (including government authorities, UN Agencies, local and international NGOs), to secure long-term cooperation and sustainable funding streams.Kacper has also an extensive experience managing complex local and international programs on issues spanning from civic education to fundamental rights and local communities development. Co-created several new nonprofit organizations such as Maple Leaf Harvest, which focuses on solving the problem of food inequality, and Better World Idea, a consulting agency offering services to other nonprofits. While working at the Centre for Citizenship Education (Poland) he was engaged with multiple national and international partners (Google Poland, EU Commission, the Polish Ombudsman Bureau) in various educational projects in European Union, and was a part of the Networking European Citizenship Education (NECE) initiative.
