Profile bio

About Kadacia Cooper, Msw

I am an advocate. In my 5+ years of experience working with high school and college students from primarily marginalized communities, my number one goal is always to be the support that a student needs, however they need it, by providing them with the tools they need to make the best decisions for them. By fostering lasting relationships with the students I work with, I encourage my students to think positively and see the opportunities for growth and learning in the adversity they face as they tackle each day. I share with them the following: "Thoughts become things." It can be so easy to become encumbered by our challenges, our setbacks, and our failures, that many times we forget to speak our desires into being or even celebrate our triumphs. The way we think about our experiences impacts us deeply, so I encourage my students to put into the universe what it is they wish to receive and how they can get it!

Listed skills include Microsoft Office, Event Planning, Community Outreach, Customer Service, and 6 others.
