The Practice Success Specialist is responsible for helping grow revenue for our clients by selling veterinary solutions while focusing on the adoption and utilization of the platform services. • Responsible for managing 200 targeted and 500 assigned client accounts to grow revenue by presenting appropriate solutions and services.• Conduct periodic business reviews with 200 targeted accounts to identify current account revenue, identify goals and metrics to monitor success, and offer personalized strategies to reach their goals based on the practice’s needs. • Conduct webinar trainings with an emphasis on adoption and utilization of the platform services.• Maintain intimate knowledge of all Vetsource solutions including any platform updates and be able to effectively communicate them to clients over the phone and through email. • When presented with customer complaints, be able to triage them to the appropriate team to find a solution and utilize the escalation chain to obtain results if necessary. • Knowledgeable in Salesloft and Salesforce to build an account, log any communication between myself and the practice, build out communication cadences, and keep up to date profile information and accurate notes on the account.

Responsible for conducting live webinar trainings with hospitals across the country on how to use their new home delivery platform. Cultivate positive customer relationships with every interaction, both internal and external. Work closely with both the inside and outside sales team to ensure a smooth experience for clients opening new accounts, as well as, transitioning new clients to their respective account representatives. Contact veterinarians and practice managers to schedule administrative and staff trainings. Work with Vetsource corporate management team to coordinate the training of 26 different corporate accounts, including VCA, PVA, NVA, and TVC. Basic site setup, troubleshooting of the platform, and catalog design for practices.

Responsible for interaction and education of clients, regarding medication, care of their pet; before and after surgery and booking appointments, requiring excellent verbal communication and attention to detail. Maintain accurate medical records to help organize an effective treatment plan for the patient. Administer anesthesia for surgical procedures, as well as, scrub into surgery to assist surgeon. Assisted with a study of rhinoceros beetles to ascertain whether their horns had an effect on flying behavior.Used Adobe Photoshop to overlay pictures of rhinoceros beetles with and without horns.Took those same pictures and used Image J to try and identify the center of mass.

Assisted with field study on effects of knapweed on native Dictyna spider populations.Set up 50x50 meter treatment and control plots for invasive knapweed study.Collected and cataloged spider species, abundance, and prey items in both treatment and control plots.Entered data into Excel format to look for trends in spider population due to knapweed and to be used for future research use.
